It was a full day of tennis at the College of Wooster with 16 teams, plenty of sunshine, and a ton of great competition. The Lady Chipps made the most of it — gaining experience, battling hard, and enjoying every moment together on a long but beautiful day.

Big news: Abby Sines & Clara Kirkhart, the #3 seed out of 34 doubles teams, are moving on to the Sectional Semifinals! They’ll play this Thursday at 1:00 against Pepper Pike Orange — the top seed in NEO who elected to compete in Wooster.

With this run, Abby & Clara have already qualified for Districts next Friday, placing them among the top 16 doubles teams in all of Northeast Ohio. That’s a huge accomplishment, especially in the deepest and most competitive section in the state, where Division II often rivals Division I in strength.
