Mr. Strauss’s Digital Photography students are exploring still life photography while experimenting with aperture to create stunning visual effects.

In Mr. Strauss’s Digital Photography class, students are honing their skills behind the lens by capturing still life images while experimenting with aperture settings. This hands-on project allows them to see firsthand how depth of field impacts a photo, from crisp, detailed subjects to dreamy, blurred backgrounds.

As students adjust their camera settings, they are learning how light, focus, and composition come together to tell a visual story. Each shot is an opportunity to refine their technical skills while expressing their creativity through photography.

This project not only enhances their understanding of camera mechanics but also encourages them to develop an artistic eye. The results are a gallery of stunning images that showcase the students’ growing expertise in digital photography.

Stay tuned for more snapshots of their work as our Chipps photographers continue to capture the world through their lenses!
