The Lady Chipps Basketball team continued its incredible postseason run with a hard-fought Regional Semifinal victory over Columbiana Crestview, earning a spot in the Regional Final. Chippewa now prepares to battle Norwayne with a trip to the State Final Four on the line.



The Lady Chipps added another unforgettable chapter to their postseason journey, defeating Columbiana Crestview High School 42–36 in the Regional Semifinal to advance to the Regional Final (Elite 8). In a tightly contested matchup, Chippewa showcased resilience, defensive intensity, and composure in key moments to secure the victory.

Throughout the game, the Lady Chipps demonstrated the teamwork and determination that have defined their tournament run. Every possession mattered, and the team responded with disciplined play and unwavering focus, proving once again why they belong among the top teams still competing in the state tournament.

This achievement reflects the dedication of the players, coaches, and the strong support system behind Chippewa athletics. The excitement surrounding the Lady Chipps continues to grow as students, families, and community members rally together in support of a team representing Chippewa Jr./Sr. High School with pride and passion.

The journey now continues as the Lady Chipps face Norwayne in the Regional Final, with a trip to the State Final Four on the line. The game will take place at Elyria Catholic High School (725 Gulf Road, Elyria, OH 44035) on Friday, March 6 at 7:00 PM.
