Mrs. Leway’s WIN class turned their classroom into a kitchen as students learned how to make the perfect French toast! From cracking eggs to whisking batter and mastering the stovetop, students practiced essential cooking techniques while creating a delicious breakfast treat.

The room was filled with the warm aroma of cinnamon and syrup as students worked together, following step-by-step instructions to achieve the ideal golden-brown toast. Along the way, they learned about measurements, food safety, and the importance of patience in cooking.

Hands-on experiences like this not only teach valuable life skills but also bring learning to life in a fun and engaging way. The best part? Getting to enjoy their homemade French toast at the end!
