Rolling Through the Classics with Rock Club 🎸🕶️
Vintage. Rolling Stones. Style.
The Classic Rock Club at Chippewa Jr./Sr. High School is ending the year on a high note with a student-produced video set to the Rolling Stones’ “Miss You.” Seniors and underclassmen alike brought big energy and even bigger style to the project.
Chippewa’s Classic Rock Club didn’t just study music history—they stepped into it. Wrapping up the school year with a creative twist, the club produced a video performance of the Rolling Stones’ 1978 hit “Miss You,” complete with retro outfits, attitude, and charisma.
Seniors Brody Johnson, Charley Stewart, Dylan McDonough, and Kelvin Jameson led the performance with swagger, channeling the band’s signature vibe. They were joined by underclassmen Tommy Gallagher, Khol Bellew, and Landyn Blankenship, whose style and energy helped set the tone. A surprise cameo by Aiden Freed added an extra punch to the production.
This project combined music appreciation with visual storytelling, allowing students to connect with a different era while showing off their creativity and collaboration. More than just a fun video, it was a celebration of personality, passion, and performance.
The energy, laughter, and shared love for classic rock created a sense of community within the group—and the final cut is a testament to what student-led creativity can achieve.
Applications are now open for next year’s Rock Club members. Interested students should see Mr. Smith to get involved and keep the music rolling!
