Chippewa staff members gathered after school for a fun arts and crafts team building session to design custom name pendants for their classroom doors.
The halls of our school were filled with creativity and camaraderie as our dedicated staff gathered together after the final bell. Teachers and team members took time after school to connect, unwind, and participate in a special arts and crafts team building activity.
During the hands-on session, staff members focused their creative energy on crafting unique name pendants to hang outside their classroom doors. Everyone put extra care and effort into designing personalized pieces that showcase their individual styles and bring a personal touch to their learning spaces.
Moments like these highlight the strong sense of community and collaboration that defines Chippewa Jr./Sr. High School. When our educators build strong connections with one another, it fosters a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for our entire school family.
The energy throughout the afternoon was full of laughter, encouragement, and shared pride in our school culture. Seeing our staff support each other outside of teaching hours shows the incredible heart and passion behind our classrooms.
