Jr./Sr. HS Fees

Preparing Students for What’s Next.

As students grow into young adults, their school experience expands to include specialized courses, extracurriculars, and career-readiness opportunities. This page outlines the fees that support those experiences and help maintain a high-quality learning environment.

Jr./Sr. High School Fees

All fees must be paid before participation in school activities such as athletics, plays, field trips, dances, and prom. Seniors must pay all fees in full before graduation.
This year’s fees are due by September 5, 2025.

  • 7th Grade: $50.00
  • 8th Grade: $50.00
  • 9th Grade: $50.00
  • 10th Grade: $50.00
  • 11th Grade: $50.00 (unless attending the Career Center full-time)
  • 12th Grade: $50.00 (unless attending the Career Center full-time)
  • Graduation Fee (12th Grade): $25.00 (covers diplomas, diploma covers, senior breakfast, etc.)

All fees apply to students enrolled in the Chippewa Virtual Learning Academy.

Career Center Students

  • 11th Grade: Pay full fees unless attending the Career Center full-time
  • 12th Grade: Pay full fees unless attending the Career Center full-time
  • Graduation Fee: Required for all seniors, including Career Center students

Elective Course Fees

Students enrolled in the following courses will be charged a $20.00 fee per class to help offset the cost of consumable materials:

  • Intro to 2D/3D Art
  • Fiber Art
  • Ceramics & Stained Glass
  • Drawing & Painting
  • Advanced Drawing & Painting
  • Advanced Art
  • Advanced Ceramics & Stained Glass
  • Makers Industrial
  • Expressive Makers
  • Advanced Makers
  • Robotics I & II

AP (Advanced Placement) Courses

  • A $97.00 AP testing fee will be added for each AP course a student is enrolled in.

Parking and Chromebook Fees

  • Senior painted parking spot: $40 (requires completion of the Student Parking Permit Application below before you submit your payment).
  • Other parking permit: $10 (requires completion of the Student Parking Permit Application below before you submit your payment).
  • Chromebook fee: $10 (for students in grades 7–12 who do not have their own device; requires completion of the Chromebook Loan Agreement below before you submit your payment).

Payment Options for Parking and Chromebook Fees:

  • By Check or Cash:
    • Make checks payable to Chippewa Jr./Sr. High School.
    • Submit payments directly to the school office.

Please ensure all fees are paid on time to avoid restrictions on school activities or graduation delays.

Sr. HS Yearbook Information for 2025-2026

Senior Ads (Optional):

  • Cost: $30 (includes a photo and message)
  • Details: 1/8 page size (business card); short messages like “Congratulations!  We are so proud of you! Love, Mom and Dad.”
  • Submission Deadline: March 6, 2026
  • Instructions: Check (to Chippewa High School), photo, and message turned in to Mr. Strauss.
  • Limited Space: First-come, first-served

Senior Baby Photos (Optional):

  • Deadline: March 6, 2026
  • Instructions: Email to Mr. Strauss or submit hard copies with student’s name on back to Mr. Strauss (photos scanned and returned by end of school year) : Josh.Strauss@chippewaschools.com

Senior Photos:

  • Deadline: March 6, 2026
  • Submission Options:
  • Note: If no photo is submitted, the school photo will be used
